Quotes

• Quotes are based on the information and measurements available at the time
• Final prices are confirmed after measuring and agreeing the design, materials and finish
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it
• Changes to the design after acceptance may change the price and timeline

Deposits and payment

Deposit and payment terms are set out on each written quote or invoice. Work starts once the agreed deposit is received.

Site access and preparation

Please make sure the area is clear and accessible on the agreed installation date, and tell us about any plumbing, electrical points or wall issues in advance.

After-care

If something we installed needs to be fixed because of our workmanship, contact us and we will come back to put it right. This does not cover damage from misuse, water damage, or changes made by others.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but we are not liable for losses caused by using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
