Who we are

MK International Cupboard Design ("we", "us") builds cabinets and furniture and is based at 391 Niemann Road, Buhle Park, Germiston, 1401. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

When you use the quote form, call, WhatsApp or email us, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your area or suburb and the address where work will be done
• Details, measurements and photos of the space you send us
• Messages and notes about your project

How the quote form works

The quote form on this website does not store your details on a server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Your message is then handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To prepare quotes and plan your project
• To contact you about your quote, measuring, delivery and installation
• To follow up on repairs or after-care
• To keep basic records for accounting and legal purposes

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it when needed to do the job (for example with a delivery driver) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Third-party sites

This website links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. These services have their own privacy policies. We use Google Fonts to display text, which loads fonts from Google servers.
